Back by Popular Demand: A WITC Field Trip to the National Bank Open
The club organized a group outing to the National Bank Open at Sobeys Stadium on Monday, July 28th. Discounted tickets were available through coordinators Katarina French and Adriana Moran.
- Day tickets: 26 available at $57 each (gold section, gates open 10:00am)
- Evening tickets: 14 available at $66.50 each (silver section, gates open 5:00pm)
Tickets were final sale; payment via e-transfer. Electronic tickets transferred after purchase.

Mixed & Women’s Team Tryouts
The club fields three competitive teams: Mixed League C Division, Women’s Team B Division, and Women’s Team C Division. Tryouts were scheduled for April 20–21 (rain dates April 27–28). Teams play throughout May–August.

New Waitlist Procedure
The club distinguishes between Community Members (island residents) with unlimited access and capped Associate Members, balancing community access with club capacity. This change ensures island residents can always access the courts.

Tennis Club Coordinator Position
The club recruited a part-time Tennis Club Coordinator to manage administrative operations and club management software. Applications are now closed, and the position has been filled.
